Delivery is handled by our logistics partners and takes an average of 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email or text message so you can track your package in real time.

You have 90 days after receiving your order to return the product if it doesn't suit you.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@zeirah.ca, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will offer you an exchange, a credit note, or a refund, depending on your choice.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or our error.
