Refund Policy
1. Return Period
At Zeirah, we strive to maximize customer satisfaction. In accordance with our return policy, consumers have 90 days from the date of receipt of their order to initiate a return. After this statutory period, returns will no longer be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Original Condition: Products must be in their original condition, i.e., unused, free of any damage, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels intact. Any product showing signs of wear, physical damage, or not returned in its original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Exclusions: Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price are excluded from the return or exchange policy. These items are considered final sale and therefore cannot be returned.
Items Damaged After Purchase: Any product damaged as a result of mishandling or improper use will not be eligible for return or refund. Any damage attributable to the consumer voids the right to return.
3. Defects or Items Damaged Upon Receipt
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or visible damage upon receipt, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible. Specifically, you must contact our customer service at support@zeirah.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package. To facilitate the processing of your claim, please include clear photographs of the package and the damaged item.
4. Return Procedure
To complete a return, please follow these steps:
· Contact: Send an email to suppor@zeirah.ca to notify us of your intention to return an item. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
· Return Instructions: After receiving your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to complete the return.
· Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in cases where the return is the result of our error or a proven product defect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zeirah cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of items without proper proof of delivery.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange for an identical product, please contact us at support@zeirah.ca to verify the availability of a replacement product.
7. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from the return policy, including:
· Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price.
· Gift cards.
· Personalized or custom-designed items.
These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Digital Items
Digital items such as software, downloadable files, digital content, or any other electronically delivered product are not eligible for return or refund, except in the event of a technical defect rendering the product unusable. If a technical problem is detected, we ask that you contact us immediately at support@zeirah.ca. We promise to do our best to resolve the problem or, if this is not possible, to provide you with a replacement product.
